After hosting the first-ever ODI tri-series of the Cricket World Cup League Two (CWCL2), Nepal is anticipating to showcase its skills in the upcoming T20 cricket tournament in Thailand.
Nepal is all set to lock horns with Malaysia in the 2nd match of the 2020 ACC Eastern Region T20 tournament at the Asian Institute of Technology Ground, Bangkok on February 29, 2020.
The match commences at 11:45 PM (12 PM IST) local time.
Malaysia is looking confident as it recently inflicted a 5-0 whitewash on Hong Kong in the T20I series at home.
Whereas, Nepal has choked the USA to a paltry 36 runs in 12 overs during the CWCL2 match.

However, Bhutan, China and Myanmar withdrew their participation in the tournament due to the coronavirus outbreak.
2020 ACC Eastern Region T20 is a qualification process to determine the sixth team to take part in the 2020 Asia Cup.
