The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced a 14-member squad for the upcoming ACC Men’s Eastern Region T20 Cricket Tournament in Thailand.
For the first time, Kishor Mahato has been selected for the national team. Whereas, Bhuwan Karki has made reentry.
Sharad Veswakar has been ruled out after he sustained injuries in the recent ICC World Cup League 2 tri-series.

Gyanendra Malla (C), Dipendra Singh Airee (VC), Binod Bhandari, Aarif Sheikh, Karan KC, Sandeep Lamichhane, Abinash Bohara, Kushal Malla, Sushan Bhari, Pawan Shraff, Sandeep Jora, Kishor Mahato and Bhuwan Karki
Nepal, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore will compete in the upcoming tournament from February 29 to March 6, 2020.

Earlier, Nepal has hosted the first-ever One Day International (ODI) series as a part of the Cricket World Cup League Two (CWCL2) at Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground from February 5-12, 2020.
In the tri-series, Nepal won 2 out of 4 matches played against the visiting teams, Oman and the USA.
It has secured 6th position in the League 2 points table with 4 points.
