The Nepal Under-19 cricket team, which is currently in India in preparation for the ICC U-19 World Cup Division 1 Asia Qualifier to be held in Singapore later this month, is continuing with their run of success.
In a low scoring encounter at the Shaheed Vijay Pathik Sports Complex in Greater Noida, the team outclassed the RP Singh Academy by 60 runs.
Winning the toss and batting first, the team from Nepal made 176 runs in 45.2 overs. They then restricted the host team to just 116 runs in 32.5 overs to record their third successive win on the tour. In the earlier matches, Nepal had convincing victories over the Friends Sports Academy and Gurugram Sports Club by 121 runs and 241 runs respectively.
The team is scheduled to proceed to Singapore directly from India at the conclusion of their tour on July 14.
