The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) is all set to witness a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Deepak Raj Joshi, the current CEO of the NTB, has not secured a position in the top-three list for the post of the new CEO at NTB.
Earlier, a total of 17 candidates have applied for the post of CEO and among them 9 candidates were shortlisted.
A sub-committee led by the Joint Secretary of Nepali Government Ghanashyam Upadhyaya had further shortlisted 3 candidates from 9 for the post of the CEO at Nepal Tourism Board on January 19, 2020.

As Nepali Government has formally inaugurated the ‘Visit Nepal Year 2020’ on January 1, 2020, the new CEO will be bestowed with many responsibilities to drive the tourism campaign.
Nepal Tourism Board is a national tourism organization of Nepal established in 1998. The organization was established by the Nepali Government in partnership with the private sector tourism industry. The main aim of the Board is to develop and market Nepal as an attractive tourist destination.
