Nepali Govt Websites ‘Hacked’ Despite Prior Warning!

According to the Cyber Bureau of the Nepal Police, a hacker group, @satan_cyber_god, has hacked the websites of the Nepali Ministry of Agriculture, National Muslim Commission and Central Library on April 14, 2020.

The hackers have revealed the login details of the three websites to the general public.

However, the hacker group has earlier warned the Nepali Government through a mail that it would hack some of its websites.

Following the warning, the technical staff of the Telecom website admin had been directed to stay alert. Even though the Cyber Bureau was well aware of the cyber threat, they couldn’t manage to stop the hackers.

Earlier, Satan hackers have gained access to the confidential data of 16,000 Foodmandu customers and 170,000 Vianet Internet Service Providers.
