The holy month of Ramazan comes to an end as Muslims across the world celebrate Eid Al Fitr on June 04 and 05, 2019.
While Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE are celebrating the festival on June 04, 2019, countries such as Egypt, Jordan, Syria and others will be celebrating it on Wednesday – June 05, 2019.
There has always been a debate within the world Muslim community on when Eid actually begins. It is said that the celebration is dependent on the first sight of the new moon with naked eye.
The festival calls for family get-togethers and various kinds of celebrations, after a month long fasting from sunset to sunrise.
Ramazan is considered as a time of spiritual and self-reflection, abstinence and restraint from sinful speech.
