The Nepal Government is making preparations for the construction of the Prime Minister’s new official residence.
It plans to break down the existing building and build two buildings in the same place. The construction cost for the two new buildings is NPR 400 million.
The Department of Urban Development and Building Construction called for a quotation today. Aju Design Company has done the architectural design for the upcoming project, while Craft Design Company has taken care of the structural design.
The construction of the new residence will begin in the upcoming fiscal year 2019-20.
