The head is believed to be sacred in Nepal. Careful! Ensure you don’t touch anyone’s head when you visit the nation next time. Nepalis also consider it as offensive to touch anything with feet. Stepping over a person or any of their body parts is equally offensive. They also believe that people should not use their left hand while eating.
