New Nepali Song Sets YouTube Benchmark

Kutu ma Kutu, the popular song from the upcoming movie Dui Rupaiyan, has set a new record with over 10 million views on YouTube within just 49 days of its release. No other Nepali music video has achieved this feat earlier.

Produced under the banner of G21 Productions and Black Horse Pictures, Dui Rupaiyan is an action-comedy starring Asif Shah, Nischal Basnet and Buddhi Tamang among others. The film is scheduled to release on September 8.

At a ceremony organized to celebrate the song’s success in Kathmandu, director Asim Shah said that to cross 10 million views in record time is a marvelous achievement and hoped that their film would receive similar enthusiasm from the audience.
