Comedy Drama Chhakka Panja Wins Five Awards

Chhakka Panja has bagged five awards, including ‘Best Film’, ‘Best Director’, ‘Best Actress’, ‘Best Comedy Actor’, and ‘Best Commercial Movie’.

• Best Film award went to Chhakka Panja
• Best Director award was received by Deepa Shree Niraula
• Best Actress award was received by Priyanka Karki
• Best Comedy actor award was received by Kedar Ghimire
• Best Commercial movie award went to Chhakka Panja

Film Purano Dunga had also competed for awards and won four trophies, including best screenplay, cinematography and best supporting actor.

Actress Manisha Koirala, Justice of High Court Sapana Malla Pradhan, President of Maiti Nepal Anuradha Koirala and head of Gopi Krishna Movies Nikita Poudel have jointly commenced the event at Hayat hotel.

Films ‘Jatra’ and ‘Loot 2’ have received three and two awards respectively.
