India and Sri Lanka will be trying their best today to establish themselves as runners-up at the SAFF U18 Men’s Championship 2019 semifinals.

The India Vs Sri Lanka match will decide which of the two Group B team (besides Bangladesh) will get to be a part of the semis.
The earlier India Vs Bangladesh match ended with a goalless draw but it paved way for Bangladesh’s entry to the semis. Bangladesh earned two points from the match with India and two points from its first match with Sri Lanka.
Meanwhile, Group A’s Bhutan and the Maldives have secured their spots in the semifinals, while host-country Nepal has been eliminated from the SAFF U18 Men’s Championship 2019 tournament.
