Partial Lunar Eclipse in Nepal for More Than an Hour

Along with other parts of the world, Nepal will be witnessing a partial lunar eclipse on Monday between 11:07 pm and 1:03 am.

While the total duration of eclipse is five hours and one minute, the partial eclipse will last for one hour and fifty-five minutes.

 

According to Astrologer Jayanta Acharya, the eclipse should not be viewed by people with Hindu zodiac signs- Mithun, Brish, Kanya, Karkat, Dhanu, Tula, Makar and Kumbh. People with Mesh, Singh, Brischik and Min zodiac signs can watch partial lunar eclipse.

Eclipse is also seen in other parts of the world, including India, China, Africa, Japan, Australia, Europe and Russia, among others. Whereas, some parts of the United States and Canada are going to miss it.

The next partial lunar eclipse in the country is on January 31, 2018.
