Rhinos won by 32 runs
While chasing the mammoth 203-run target put forth by Rhinos, Titans could manage 170 runs for the lose of 7 wickets in their 20 overs.
Muhammad Zaid (57), top scorer for Titans, and Pradeep Airee (36) managed to draw runs but failed to take their team across the line.
Karan KC of Rhinos restricted the Titan batsmen by grabbing three wickets, while Sunny Patel picked up two wickets.
Earlier, asked to bat first, Rhinos lit up the stadium by scoring 202 runs for 5 wickets in the prescribed 20 overs.
Fifties by Rohan Mustafa and Anil Sah has powered Rhinos to the mammoth total.
Mohammad Zaid and Mehra took two wickets each for Biratnagar.

On the other hand, Falcons were all out at 46 runs from 17.1 runs. Nary Thapa was the highest scorer with 17 runs.
Kabitha Gautam was Rhinos’ highest wicket-taker, who picked three Falcons wickets.
Rhino’s Ritu Kanoujiya was announced Player of the Match.

]]>Rhinos won the toss and elected to field first. Kat Queens began their innings with RS Chaulagain and Sobha Aale. Both players scored 34 and 9 runs from 25 and 15 deliveries.
SC Kumari was the second-highest scorer in the team with a contribution of 15 runs from 26 deliveries.
However, the remaining players were not able to register big numbers and with mounting pressure from Chitwan Rhinos, Kat Queens was bowled all out in just 92 runs.
In Rhinos turn, the match began with Kajal Shrestha and Kanchan Shrestha scoring 11 and 6 runs, respectively.
However, Suman Khatiwada’s 29 runs and P Chaudhary’s 24 runs contributed to Rhinos overall winning score of 93 runs from 18.3 overs.
In terms of wickets, R Rawal and Kabita Gautam picked two Kat Queens wickets, while S Chaudhari picked three wickets. On the other hand, Ishwori Bist was the highest wicket-taker who picked two Rhino wickets.

The Women Champions League (#WCL) 2019 kicks off today at the Tribhuvan University Ground in Kirtipur at 11:30 AM NPT.
Kathmandu Queens and Chitwan Rhinos will face each other in the first match of the tournament.
This is Nepal’s first-ever women’s T20 cricket league, which being organized by Queens Event Management.

]]>Preparations for the event titled Women’s Champions League (#WCL) Twenty20 Cricket Tournament are close to completion, informed the event organizers Queens Event Management.
The Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur is ready and five teams representing five cities will be competing against each other.
[ Watch WCL T20 Final Live: Chitwan Rhinos Vs Kat Queens Kathmandu]Biratnagar Tigers, Chitwan Rhinos, Kathmandu Queens, Lalitpur Falcons and Pokhara Paltans are the five teams. The players have also arrived in Kathmandu for the upcoming tournament.
The first match of the tournament will see Kathmandu Queens and Chitwan Rhinos lock horns with each other.
Five Marquee players of the tournament – Indu Verma, Nery Thapa, Rubina Chhetri, Sarita Magar and Sita Rana Magar unveiled the champions trophy at a program on October 15, 2019.
Captain of the national women’s team and WCL 2019 Kathmandu Queens team captain Rubina Chhetri said that the players in the tournament were excited at the opportunity.
“We all are excited as we are getting the chance to play in the highest-level cricket tournament,” she said. At the same time, we also have a kind of fear in our mind that the tournament is beginning tomorrow and our performance will decide the fate of our team and the event,” she said.
Likewise, former national team captain and Lalitpur Falcons skipper Nery Thapa termed the event as an ‘ice breaker’.
“We are getting the chance to play the franchise-based cricket after 12 years of struggle in the national team. This is the beginning and I hope the next generation players will get benefit from these kinds of tournaments,” Thapa said.
Sita Rana Magar was thankful for the opportunity and said that the WCL was a special event for women cricketers.
Education Park, Ideashop Pvt Ltd, Vianet, GG Machaan, Jyapu Samaj Yala, Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce, Lalitpur Metropolitan City and Star Hospital are the supporters of the event.
The top two teams of the tournament will receive NPR 700,000 and NPR 300,000, respectively. Similarly, the Player of the series will be rewarded with a TVS Scooter and NPR 50,000.
While the best batsmen and bowler will get NPR 25,000 each and each player of the match will be awarded NPR 5,000.

]]>Sharad Vesawkar’s Pokhara Paltan performance outsmarted Chitwan Rhinos game at the finale of PPL T20 cricket on November 6, 2018.
Chitwan Rhinos settled for a score of 160/5 wherein Nepal Cricket Captain Paras Khadka contributed a 51-run innings out of 37 deliveries, followed by Sunny Patel with 43 runs out of 21 deliveries.
Meanwhile, R Inder Singh’s 91-run stint drove Pokhara Paltan closest to its victory.
While the rest is history, it is worth noting that the host city Pokhara’s team won the PPL T20 title and trophy.
