]]>The U18 team is accompanied by their Chief Coach Hari Om Shrestha, Assistant Coach Prakash Baidya and Goal Keeper Coach Asmita Khawas.
This Championship will see Nepal in Group ‘B’ alongside Bangladesh and Pakistan. Initially, the Nepali players will play against their group-mates before playing their Group ‘A’ opponents India, Maldives and Bhutan.
All the members and athletes of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) held a program in honor of the players who are going to participate in the championships between September 28 – October 14, 2018.
ANFA Acting President Bir Bahadur Khadka, Vice President Pankaj Bikram Nembang, Women Committee President Bindra Dewan and Taekwondo player Sangina Baidhya graced the program.
Despite a remarkable feat at the SAFF Championship 2018, Nepal Men’s Football team wasn’t successful in bringing home the Champions Trophy. But now all eyes are hopeful for Nepal Women’s U18 Football win.

]]>As per an update from Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the 2018 Indonesia Asian Games (Men’s Football) will be held between August 14, 2018 and September 1, 2018 in Jakarta and Pelambang.
Team Nepal’s ‘20’ player names have been announced, which include goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong, midfielder-cum-defender Rohit Chand and forward player Bhara Khawas.
The 2018 Asian Games will see the participation of 24 teams, of which, two top teams from each group and four best third-placed teams will progress to the pre-quarterfinal rounds.
Meanwhile, defending champions South Korea, Kyrgyz Republic, Malaysia and Bahrain were drawn alongside in ‘Group E’.

However, Nepal has not stepped foot in the women’s football games, which witness a participation of 11 teams.
