For the fifth year in a row, the Himalaya Airlines had extended its CSR support for Prayas Nepal with year-long educational supplies.<\/p>\n
In the last week, the Himalayan Airlines officials donated stationaries including notebooks, registers, pens and the academic course books for various grades to Prayas Nepal.<\/p>\n
The airlines operator also handed over different educative COVID-19 safety posters for display in the organization to increase awareness of the safety protocols.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have firm commitment to our CSR activities and Step towards Education is one such initiative to keep our association with Prayas Nepal alive for the bright future of their children. The important aim is to advance equity in education and helping every child with dreams and determination to achieve their potential,\u201d said Mrs. Ujjwala Dali, Head of Department – Brand and Service Improvement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cWith improving pandemic situation, Govt. is planning to reopen the schools and children are hopeful for \u2018in person\u201d schooling. On the threshold of biggest festival of Dashain, Himalaya Airlines has thus chosen to bring smiles on the faces Prayas Nepal\u2019s children,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Receiving the educational supplies, Ms. Mani Joshi, President of Prayas Nepal, expressed her gratitude for the support.<\/p>\n

Prayas Nepal is home to 26 aspiring children including 3 specially-abled children as well. Over the past few years, these children have excelled in their academic as well as extracurricular activities like dance and sports.<\/p>\n
