Agni Prasad Sapkota, the speaker of the dissolved House of Representatives, held an all-party meeting. The move comes after the dissolution of HoR has displeased various national political leaders.<\/p>\n
The political parties’ leaders, which constitute the federal parliament, and former Prime Ministers were invited to attend this meeting in New Baneshwar, Kathmandu.<\/p>\n
Incumbent PM Oli, chairman of the ruling CPN-UML, skipped the meeting while former PM Jhala Khanal joined the meeting virtually.<\/p>\n
The meeting was called for after political parties have approached the Supreme Court challenging the dissolution of HoR.<\/p>\n
