As the coronavirus resurgence sweeps through the nation, Nepal witnessed a sharp rise in new infection cases in recent days.<\/p>\n
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP)<\/strong>, Nepal recorded as many as 72 coronavirus deaths<\/strong> in the last three days. A total of 16 people lost their lives to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, and 14 others died on Saturday.<\/p>\n With this, the total coronavirus death toll in the country reached 3,164. Currently, the mortality rate in Nepal has reached 1.05 percent.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, the new coronavirus infection cases in the country stood at 10,332 in the past four days.
