As the coronavirus pandemic has started inflicting serious threat on the Nepali students living abroad, the Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN)<\/strong> has come forward to assist them.<\/p>\n The ECAN has initiated a \u2018COVID-19 Emergency Registration Form<\/strong>\u2019 process to take complaints from the students abroad during the coronavirus crisis.<\/p>\n With this initiation, the Nepali students pursuing higher education in any country can now raise their complaints and concerns.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To provide the required assistance to the students, the ECAN will collaborate with the following entities:<\/p>\n Likewise, the Nepal Rastra Bank has made provisions for the parents to send a maximum USD 500 for their children in foreign countries.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n[MUST READ:<\/strong> COVID-19 Nepalis: 500 Infected and 5 Dead in the USA<\/a>]\n Meanwhile, the Nepali Government is preparing to extend the nationwide lockdown by another week.\u00a0Prime Minister KP Oli is likely to take the decision during a cabinet meeting on March 6, 2020.<\/p>\n So far, Nepal has reported 9 coronavirus infection cases<\/a>.
