The Nepali Government has celebrated 70th National Democracy Day on a grand scale across the country on February 19, 2020.<\/p>\n
On this occasion, a special programme was organized at Army Pavilion Tundikhel in Kathmandu.<\/p>\n
Delegates at the Ceremony are<\/strong><\/p>\n Nepali Ministers, members of the HoR and NA and other high-ranking authorities were also present at the ceremony.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The celebrations featured march-past by security personnel, band performances, cultural dances and music.<\/p>\n A helicopter carrying \u201970th National Democracy Day-2076\u2032 banner showered flower petals over the venue premises.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cWe have been gathered here today to remember and honor the important day, which was engraved in history as a result of the sacrifices and struggles of the people,\u201d said PM Oli while delivering a speech.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n He motivated the youngsters to honor the nation\u2019s civilization, culture, history and the contribution made by their ancestors for the development of the country.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Every year, the National Democracy Day is celebrated on Falgun 7 of the Nepali calendar.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Nepali Government has celebrated 70th National Democracy Day on a grand scale across the country…<\/span><\/p>\n\n
