Jun 19, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n The Indian actress who works in the Hindi film industry, Swara Bhaskar has been invited by the South Asia Women\u2019s Fund (SAWF – a philanthropic organisation committed to empowering women) to attend their convention on July 15, in Kathmandu<\/a>, Nepal<\/a>.<\/p>\n Swara Bhaskar’s excellent performance of a small-town seductive dancer in her latest film, Anaarkali of Aarah got her huge critical acclaim and accolades.<\/p>\n The talented and versatile actress known for taking the road less travelled will attend the convention and talk about women empowerment and its challenges, followed by a screening of her last release, Anaarkali of Aarah.<\/p>\n Swara said that she is very honoured that SAWF has selected Anaarkali of Aarah to be showcased at their festival. The film has a universal appeal. Women everywhere know the experience of being harassed, and abuse of power is a universal theme.
