In a first-of-its-kind move, Nepal is hosting a high-level program for top business leadership, exclusively for CEOs and top management.
Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN) is organizing this leadership development program in collaboration with the Rice University of the United States.
The program is focused on knowledge sharing about core principles of strategic management and leadership among business leaders of Nepal.
As part of the program, two top faculties from Rice University Brent Smith and Balaji Koka, will offer training in two different modules- Business Strategy and Leadership.
“We’re trying to create a training platform for executives and managers that is really world class at affordable cost in Nepal. We have collaborated with Rice University to give the training,” says Arun Joshi, Founder of LAN.
Organizers are looking at this program as a rare opportunity for Nepal, that too at a less investment.
“This kind of program at the Rice University cost over USD 22,000, but we’re offering it at much lower cost,” adds Joshi.
The program will be held from October 28-November 2, 2018.
