Nepal, which began its campaign with a 4-1 loss to hosts Philippines in Manila, is looking to earn first points when they face Yemen in the second match of the AFC Asia Qualifiers at the APF grounds in Halchowk on Monday.

Nepal and Yemen have played against each other twice in the past and Yemen emerged as winner both the times.

Nepal played a friendly game against India on June 6 to get ready for this match, which they lost 2-0.

Midfielder Bikram Lama, who was suspended during the Philippines clash, will not be available for this match. Rabin Shrestha is yet to recover from anterior cruciate ligament surgery.
