The Cricket Players Association Nepal (CPAN) has announced Cricket Awards to honor Nepali cricketers, both male and female, for their contribution to the game.
The Cricket Association has decided to present the awards on April 3, 2020.
According to the CPAN President Dr. Manish Raj Pandey, the awards will be distributed in 5 different categories.
The awards include:
The ‘Best Cricketer of the Year’ will receive a cash prize of NPR 131,000 and other awardees will receive a cash prize of NPR 66,000 each.
A technical committee will select the players for the awards based on their performance in year 2019. However, the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ winner will be selected through public online voting.
