Qatar Airways to Start Direct Flight to Dublin from Kathmandu

Qatar Airways, the Doha based carrier, commenced the daily flight services connecting Dublin to various parts of the world, with the first flight from Doha to Dublin on Wednesday. Now, Qatar Airways will be able to fly straight to Dublin from Kathmandu via the Doha transit.

Manoj Shrestha, Honorary Consul of Ireland to Nepal, has urged Jayaprakash Nair, Country Manager of Qatar Airways for Nepal, to reduce the air travel cost for both Nepali migrant workers and for students who are looking to study in Ireland.

Emphasizing on promoting each other’s cultures and values, he urged the airline to form youth exchange programs between Nepal and Ireland.
