Nepal is well-known for its adventurous locations and trekking spots.
The country has world’s famous trekking trails such as Annapurna Circuit Trekking, Everest Base Camp Trek, among various others.
The country also hosts various extreme adventurous and trekking sports such as mountaineering, mountain biking, rafting, high altitude marathon, paragliding, bungee jumping, among others. The Karnali River in Simikot is famous for kayaking sport and most of the upstream Nepali rivers enthuse with white-water rafting.
