According to the Nepali Government, two chartered planes of the Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) have airlifted over 27 tons of COVID-19 medical supplies from China.
Two private firms, Flash Freight and Sangrila Freight, have brought 10 tons and 17 tons of medical equipment, respectively.
The Nepali Government is procuring vital medical supplies from various to treat and control coronavirus in case of outbreak.
So far, Nepal has confirmed only 16 coronavirus positive cases. However, one patient has already recovered.
