The Nimbus Agro Trade and Investment Exhibition & Conference 2017, based on the theme of “Progressing from Subsistence to Commercial Agriculture”, is scheduled to be held at Nepal Academy in Kathmandu from September 14-16, 2017.
The three-day event aims at encouraging entrepreneurs of the agriculture sector in scaling up their commercialization activity from subsistence farm practices. The event is also focused on attracting entrepreneurs and investors to agro business and create awareness for appropriate polices on the same.
Products, services and technologies pertaining to various areas such as agriculture, horticulture, floriculture, cash-crop farming, fisheries and poultry will be showcased at the event.
The event is being organized by the House of Rajkarnicar, promoted by the Departments of Agriculture and Livestock Services, Nepal. International Labor Organization, Nepal Dairy Association, Nepal Agri Business Innovation Centre, Nepal Tea and Coffee Board, are the key event partners.
About 120 exhibitors, 200 participants for an educational seminar and 30,000 visitors are expected to participate in this three-day event. This event is likely to make a great impact on promoting the commercial growth of the agro industry in Nepal.
