Nepal All Set for Renowned Global Beauty Contests

Five Nepali contestants, to represent the nation at various international beauty contests including the 66^th Miss Universe contest, have been finalized yesterday.

In a press meet organized yesterday, The Hidden Treasure (THT) announced the names of all the five contestants who succeeded in the Miss Nepal pageant and are now set for global beauty pageants to be held between October-November 2017.

• Nagma Shrestha (for Miss Universe 2017 on November 26, 2017 at Los Vegas, USA)
• Nikita Chandak (for Miss World 2017 on Nov 18, 2017 at Sanya, China)
• Niti Shah (for Miss International 2017 on Nov 14, 2017 at Tokyo, Japan)
• Rojina Shrestha (for Miss Earth 2017 on Nov 4, 2017 at Manila, Philippines)
• Sahara Basnet (for Miss Asia Pacific International 2017 at Manila, Philippines)

According to the press release, Nepal’s participation in the upcoming 66^th Miss Universe contest marks the country’s first-ever entry into this beauty pageant.

All these contestants were finalized for the global-level contests after they were formally crowned with respective titles in Nepal as Miss Nepal Universe, Miss Nepal World, Miss Nepal International, Miss Nepal Earth and Miss Nepal Asia Pacific International.
