Min Bahadur Bham’s ‘A Year of Cold’ Awarded 10 Thousand USD

Much-acclaimed Nepali movie Kalo Pothi (The Black Hen) director Min Bahadur Bham’s new project ‘A Year of Cold’ is awarded development funding up to 10,000 USD. Bham was awarded this money by the Asian Cinema Fund in its action line of funding at the developing stage.

The movie will be produced by Bham’s banner and producers from Germany and France. Bham himself will direct this movie.

 

The principle photography of the movie will begin from 2019. Five projects were selected among 195 applications including Bham’s ‘A Year of Cold’. Movies revolve around issues of social contradiction, class conflict and political conflict.

Bham’s Kalo Pothi movie had grossed more than 3 crores at the box Office in Nepal.
